Branding Challenges


Trend to generic products.

There are low price versions of consumer goods which are either unbranded or carry the brand name of the store. Generally these are mature high-volume products where there is low potential for differentiation.(Paper towels, Soya meat, Sliced breads,…etc)




Channel power.

There are many problems when we consider the distribution channels. Sometime The sellers don’t like to sell some goods which have a huge competitors in that products.(Munchee & Maliban Biscuits,…etc)

Lack of capital.
Some companies haven’t enough capital to invest for branding. Therefore they can’t improve their brands’

Change the technology rapidly.
Because of changing technology the companies have to follow that  trends. Therefore they have to make and maintain brands according to the new technology.
